Can I cancel my membership?

If you are on a contract, please check cancellation policy in your contract. Otherwise, just email us at info@the-gallery-gym.co.nz with your 30 day notice. You will receive a conformation email with the details about your cancelation.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes, you can. Just email us at info@the-gallery-gym.co.nz with a start date and an end date of your membership hold. We will email you on the day that your hold starts letting you know that your membership is on hold.

How do I join?

That’s easy, you can join online from the Membership Plans tab or just come down and see us at The Gallery Gym at 190 Montreal St. during the staffed hours so we can set up your 24/7 access.

Can I bring a friend, family member or a love one to the gym to try it out?

Yes, you can do this during business hours only. It is just $10 for the session.

Do you have trial memberships?

Yes, we do. During  the trial period all visits must be during staffed hours only. If you like the gym and decide to join, your trial membership payment will be counted as your joining fee.
